We design every piece to fit and feel exceptional. If for any reason it’s not right, we’ll make the process straightforward.

Returns Window

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Bulletto is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Reason for Return

Please include one of the following with your return:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Too large

  • Too small

  • Style not suitable

  • Changed my mind

  • Incorrect item received

  • Faulty or damaged item

  • Not as expected

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear imagery and your order number. We will resolve this promptly.
